We made Ethopian food! We bought the spices and the bread from Kukulu in Rogers Park. We made Shiro, Zilzil tibs (basically just thinly sliced steak with berbere spice, peppers and onions), a salad and creamed corn. It is customary to eat Ethiopian food with your hands. You tear off a piece of Injera (the bread) and scoop up some of the food. Yum!
